Frequently Asked Questions

But it's just a little Dog Doo. It's a natural fertilizer right?

Not really, It's not just smelly and a mess to step in. It can also cause Roundworms, Salmonella, as well as other parasites. These can affect your pets, as well as Humans. Water runoff can also be harmful to ponds and waterways causing Aquatic weeds, Algae, and affect oxygen levels for fish.

How often should I schedule service?

We recommend weekly service for multiple pets or heavily used yards, and bi-weekly or monthly service for single pets. The frequency depends on your pet's size, diet, and yard usage. We do not require a contract, we do not automatically schedule future visits unless you specify that is what you want.

Do I need to be home during service?

No, you don't need to be home. We just need access to your yard. Most of our customers provide gate codes or leave gates unlocked on service days.

                    Can my Dog(s) be outside?

While we love animals (even cats) we really prefer your dog or dogs be inside your home during our visit. Since we have to enter through your gate this will prevent any possible escapes. If you are not home and you have a dog in your backyard we will need to reschedule your visit. This is for the dogs safety as well as our own.

                    What happens to the waste?

All waste is double-bagged and disposed of properly according to local regulations. We never leave waste on your property.

Do you work in all weather conditions?

We work in most weather conditions, including light rain. Service may be postponed only during severe weather for safety reasons, and will be made up as soon as conditions improve.

What areas do you scoop in?

We are a local business and just getting our legs under us. Right now we are only Scooping in the Leander area. If you are close you are welcome to send us an email and we can see if we can get to your property in a timely fashion.

What payments methods do you accept?

We try to be as convenient as possible, so we generally use PayPal for a billing partner. That will cover almost any payment method including PayPal/Venmo, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, & Apple Pay. We will text a photo of the gate closed and a link to pay once we have completed our Dash through your yard.

Are you just another large company with a local employee?

Right now we are a 1 man scooper. We could not be more local to Leander. I say "we" because I have a family here and we have lived in Leander for 15+ years. I would like nothing more than to be your local Doo Scooper. So give us a try and thanks for looking local.
